OK, I know views on abstinence before marriage varies, but to my mind, YDI huge. If neither of you were virgins, and you were planning on getting married, the idea that you wouldn't have sex just strikes me as bizarre, with this being one of the main reasons. It's going to be a long fifty years.

I don't see the point in waiting until marriage if you had both already lost your virginity. I thought that people wait so that they can feel pure on the day of the wedding. If you both had already done it before then it's stupid to wait until marriage because you're trying to make up for an opportunity you lost because you gave your v-card to someone you didn't end up marrying.
