Show it anyway36- Have you ever been affected by Schizophrenia? It's ******* awful. When I was in highschool I started dating a boy. Within a year, he was displaying a range of Schizophrenic behavior. He refused to get help, and I tried to make his parents get him help, but nobody stepped up. He would hear voices, suffered delusions, had severe paranoia, and started to see things that weren't there. It became hard, but I thought I could hold out. Then I moved in with him, which ended very, very badly. I had to leave him. He finally got help and a diagnosis, but he refuses to take any medication because he doesn't think he needs it and has moved back home with his parents. Not all Schizophrenic people are that severe, because many have very mild symptoms, and some are much worse, but that's how he was. There's nothing you should find comical or entertaining about other's mental illness.
So many people on here deserve to get slapped I can't even comprehend it. The OP has a legitimate mental illness and its just one mock after the other. For shame FML community. For shame!!!!
Don't worry too much. Most people actually mean MPD when they say schyzophrenia anyway.
*DID--Dissociative Identity Disorder. How on earth would anyone confuse the two? Whaaaaaaaaat.
Well, I guess the formerly cool stranger weeded him/herself out, based on ignorance...
Stay on your meds and just don't tell her.

People are so ignorant about mental disorders. They assume that if you have DID, schizophrenia, bi-polar, etc. that you're automatically "Crazy." Sorry to hear that OP. I concur with the odd departing words as well. Who says that? lol
I'm sure he's just making a failed attempt at a joke
