Today, I moved into my new college apartment for the next year. A 45 year old guy with a mustache in short shorts and no shirt answers the door. He will be one of my roommates. FML

I'm still trying to figure out why you are moving into an apartment without having a clue who your roommates are. Usually even if you aren't friends with them you should at least talk to the people before deciding to move in

I'm moving into a new apartment in two weeks and I have no idea who my roommate is. The place allows you to rent by the room so your friends/roommates can't screw you over if they don't pay their portion of the rent and other utilities. I filled out a roommate matching form and won't get to know who they are till the day I move in. I mean most people usually move in with friends, but not everyone. I'm just hoping my roommate isn't a total bitch.

wow. ageist much? kids always think they invented good ex, good drugs, and good partying. being 45 just means he has done more than you have, can afford better drinks and drugs than you, and is probably better in bed too. he could be the best roommate ever
