Today, I moved into my new college apartment for the next year. A 45 year old guy with a mustache in short shorts and no shirt answers the door. He will be one of my roommates. FML

So what you're saying is... he's clearly old enough to keep the place stocked with beer. And he's not likely to hit on any girls you bring over (though I am ASSUMING it would be girls you'd bring). I'm really not seeing too much downside.

He could be a decent guy. Maybe he's been away from college because he's been in the military. Since Reagan. Or maybe he's a sex offender. Like on the list and everything. I'm sure you'll be fine. Watch your bunghole just in case, though, Skippy.
