You can totally sue them for that OP!

im a diabetic too. i would be pretty mad. couldnt u taste the difference though? regular soda is way too sweet for me to drink now.

This isnt really a FML. Im diabetic and this has happened to me. It happens every day!

there is deffinately a taste difference between coke and diet coke. You drank the entire drink, but somehow couldnt tell? OP YDI

When I was first diagnosed I was very sick and the doctor told me to drink a regular coke and it nearly killed me

Your body can't tell the difference between a diet soda, or a regular one. A diet drink can still send your blood sugars spiking threw the roof, because it almost has the same amount of sugar. You could of tasted the difference between diet and regular. I suggest you stick to less sweeting drinks like water, also what ever you ate could of spiked you sugars. Don't blame other people for faults you could of avoided.
