#61, if it can't be changed back into its previous state, it's a chemical change. try learning first grade science before boasting about it.
ps just because someone would prefer to pursue a career in something that isn't science, doesn't mean their career choice is "pathetic." i plan to be a history teacher and photographer. don't try to diss other career paths simply because they're different or because you're too immature to recognize them. also, nobody ever said that science isn't important... i'm pretty sure you could ask every living human being, and they would tell you that science is important.
You deserve it. Chemistry is important. Albeit, not so much in HS. But to the people who are bitching about it? Come on, high school chemistry ain't nothing compared to real chemistry.
Your teacher is awesome. You are awesome. I don't know what to do.
Well FYL And You diserve it for not paying attenchion in class. Be more discrete next time ;) AND you know what!? Middle school bands arn't just for fun. In my town there is a band that will be going places soon with the amount of local gigs they have. ~ LUCY AND THE LUCKY FOUR ~ Google them :) You'll Likey :P
Oh, all-knowing 17 year old, how you know so much about the faults and strengths of modern education. I bet you write screamo.
YDI for being in a band
That sucks, but you shouldn't of been doing something irrelevant in class. He probably knew that and wanted to prove a point, and demonstrate. I'm in the middle for this.
shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing shouldn't of been doing
@ 154: I'm so glad that "shouldn't of" bothers other people, and it's not just me

I am a teacher. Even if a student is not paying attention in class, I would never take their piece of paper away and set it on fire. Tell them to put it away, yes. Confiscate it for the rest of the period, yes. But destroying something of a student's is completely disrespectful. Some might argue that it's disrespectful to do other work during class, and I'd agree. However, the teacher shouldn't have taken that harsh of a measure to discipline him. Being a teacher doesn't give you license to be a bitch.
At least your band has chemistry?
