Today, I proudly informed my boyfriend that I am now a size 4, down from an 18, after months of dieting and exercising after he told me he would like me to be a size 6. He broke up with me for "not listening to what he wanted" and "being an overachiever". FML

Today, my boyfriend bought me a pair of jeans. I couldn't fit into them, and he reacted to this by saying I've gotten too fat for him, and he can't be with me anymore. I took them off and saw they were a size 4. I've been a size 8 for the past 2 years, and he knows this. FML

Today, my girlfriend dumped me because I've recently become serious about getting fit, and have lost nearly 84 pounds. Apparently, when I was fat, I made her look smaller in comparison. When I got slimmer, she insisted I either gain the weight back or she'd leave. So she did. FML

Today, my boyfriend broke up with me because I'm now about 15 pounds overweight. When I called him a hypocrite as he's over 40 pounds overweight, he said that his weight didn't matter because "it's the girl's job to look hot." FML

Today, my boyfriend admitted to purposely sabotaging all my weight loss efforts. When I confronted him, he said it’s because he doesn’t want me to get thin and turn into one of those stuck up, snobby, mean girl types that wouldn’t date him in high school. We’re in our 30s dude, get over it! FML

@OP-Congrats on losing the weight, your BF sounds like an overcontrolling ass, its best to be rid of him @Some commenters-I am a size 14-16 and I USUALLY don't feel fat, except when i read a ton of comments saying 0-6 is perfect. I am not saying that all skinny girls are anorexic bitches, just that "perfect" is relative.

Why would anyone put a YDI?? "Oh, YDI for excercising!" ?? hahaha. Either way, congratulations! Don't worry, you'll find a better guy than hiim. He's probably jealous that you can take off the weight and he can't ;)
