i think you are feeling shy, not scared talking to a girl. in dangerous situation you would be more scared for you life. wear a uniform when you meet girls,it will give you confidence. we are not THAT scary. practice makes it perfect:)

It's a good day when more people show respect for a marine than post a mean comment. :) Girls aren't that bad though.

I just got out of the Marines and if it's one thing I've learned, its that being a Marine doesn't entitle you to anything from anyone and to act like it does is disrespectful to fellow Marines and everyone else for that matter. Modesty goes a long way buddy. Also the girls around Camp Pendleton or Camp Lejune could really care less if you're a Marine. In fact, the less you act like a Marine there, the better your chances.
