eat healthy, exercise, and don't go on any diet that isn't widely used. my dad now eats very healthy and rides his bik 12-17 miles everyother day and in 1-2 months has lost 15 pounds or so

sit and complain, but don't walk and maintain... You did it to yourself. C'mon now....

hit the gym twice a day.. get on an elliptical for @ least 45mins everyday, limit food consumption, don't eat past 7pm FOR ANY REASON, and starting lifting light weights with A LOT of repetitions... This is the Army way and it got me from 200+ to 178 in 2 weeks.. and i am still losing weight.. if energy is a problem there is a supplement called no-explode... it will get u pumped and want 2 work out.. if you refuse to do this then you might want to start getting comfortable with the idea of being fat for the rest of your life. and Get a friend for motivation it helps.

YDI fatsack, if you eat your way through life, don't whine about it, it's your choice to be a 500 lbs chunk of meat. As for a suggestion - kill yourself & donate the body to the zoo, at least the bears will have some 3 days of food or so. :)

eat more so u can burn more calories...cant beat that logic

Unless you have a metabolic disorder, YDI for hanging out on your couch all day or eating at KFC every day orfor doing whatever makes you so fat. Get your ass up, because admiring fat people's pictures on advertisements is gonna do nothing to get you slim!

i can't help but noticing a trend, in that any any FML posted about weight issues women tend to score more highly on the YDI than men.
