It's called 'synesthesia', OP. And if she doesn't feel comfortable with the name Tabitha, just pick another name that you both like.
How did you not know your wife has synesthesia?
It's possible she didn't even know it herself; as you can see in the other comments, a lot of grapheme-colour synaesthetes just think that it's normal and everyone experiences the letters like that, until one day they read something about synaesthesia, or they mention it and somebody acts like they're crazy.
Tabitha is orange...it's like the colour of a pumpkin or a leaf in the fall.
She probably listens to dubstep
Still, Tabitha was your choice?
58 - You're a moron. You DO realise that pregnancy hormones effect different people differently, at different levels, in different ways, and at different times, right? For example, pregnancy hormones can give women antenatal depression, regardless of their situation. But according to you that's "just an excuse", right? I know I've acted out of control during my pregnancy sometimes, and I'm fully aware that it was due to hormones because I'm not normally like that. So how about you shut the hell up and stop making yourself look like an idiot.
sounds like synaesthesia. I have a mild form of it. I don't like the letter H much, myself.
I agree with your wife. T is a very aggressive orange and stabby letter. I have synesthesia too and that's exactly what T is.
Dafuq?

I recently discovered a kind of 'disease' where the people who have it connect letters and/or numbers with colours. Let me Google it... Synesthesia, that's the one.
Its just the hormones, nothin to worry about
