Today, I told my parents I no longer believe in the religion they strictly raised me under. They responded by kicking me out of the house. I'm broke, jobless, and the only person that will take me in is my psycho ex-girlfriend who never got over me. FML

I'm all for standing up for one's beliefs, but if you knew your parents were that strict on their own, you should have at least waited until you were financially stable to say anything.

I'd avoid the psycho ex gf. bitches can get crazy after they do a favor for you.

there is a time and a place... sorry they reacted poorly.

Your parents sound like irresponsible twats. =S

it's totally worth fighting for. if you're livin your life tryin to please everyone else why even live a life. make it worth something that you wanna fight for. I've been there, it takes some guts though. but it's worth it when you can go to bed at night and realize that you're doing what you believe in not what everyone wants you to...

Some people are so ungrateful, maybe you should get a job and quit bitching.

never piss off the the people who raised you dumb ass. not to mention who your living with.

Translation: I no longer want to be obligated to the rules under my parent's roof, so they no longer allow my to live under said roof. There are consequences to all actions, even the right ones...
