It's those words "in love with..." that did it. You don't tell random people you've been "in love with them" for three years. That's ******* creepy. Now, if you had said something NORMAL, like, "I'd like to go out for coffee sometime", you probably wouldn't be in this position. Weirdo.

You did it wrong. Instead of telling him that you love him, you should have gently but firmly started fondling his genitals underneath his desk, while cramming your breastises in his face. That way, he won't file sexual harassment charges, and everybody wins!
