Today, I took my car into a car wash. I guess it was a bad idea to do it with my dog in the car, because he freaked out, started scrambling around, and ended up pissing on everything, me included. FML

Today, on my way home from work, I went to the car wash. When the spray jets hit the car, my dog jumped out of his crate, into the front seat, and onto a button lowering both back windows. I got both an exterior and interior wash. FML

Today, after frolicking in some long grass near a lake, my dog got back in the car smelling strongly of poop. Upon further investigation, I discovered that a sewer had overflowed in the area. My dog rolled around in human faeces. FML

Today, I wanted to give my car a quick wash, to get the salt and road grime off. My girlfriend lodged herself up my ass and decided that we should deep-clean all four of our cars, then screamed at me when I didn't show enough enthusiasm. FML

Today, I adopted a dog from the local shelter. I put the dog in the car and he was shedding everywhere, but I was ok with that because he was my dog. As I pulled into the parking lot, the dog began to poop in the backseat of my car. When I got him out of the car, he ran off. $100 for him to poop and run away. FML

im surprised there are not more YDIs, considering most dogs (unless a guard dog), are scared of loud noises such as a vaccuum cleaner. it was never a smart idea to go through a car wash with your dog.

I thought the same. I tend to take my dog everywhere with me when I can, and I've always wondered about the car wash. He'd probably just bark or be chill with me in the car with him, but I won't be testing this hypothesis any time soon after reading this FML.

Everyone is passing it off as the dog just being a dog, but imagine falling asleep in the car and waking during mid-wash with the diabolical noise and all window's covered in Satan's semen. That would be an FML for the ages.

I was tempted to click YDI, but then I remember the dog my mom and stepdad used to have, and she was pretty easygoing. Guess you couldn't have known that your dog would be scared enough to piss himself.

I can understand that. We did that with our dogs, and while they didn't piss on everything, even our mere human noses could smell the fear coming off them.
