Today, I took my girlfriend to a public place before confessing that I've been seeing another woman, to avoid a dramatic scene. After being rushed to the hospital with a concussion and broken nose, I think it's safe to say my plan didn't go very well. FML

Gosh your girlfriend is so violent! No wonder you cheated on her. The woman you must been seeing must be a better person than your girlfriend ever will be. FYL op. Make your gf pay your medical bills too.

File charges against her since she's assaulted and injured you. This crap that you deserve the beating because you found someone new is just that, crap. Anyway, you dodged a bullet. This woman is not someone you want to be with.

Thank you! OP's girlfriend deserved to be cheated on because she's such a violent bitch! Imagine when they're married! Poor op. He found better.

I'm not sure if you're joking... Seriously? I'm a very very sweet person, I don't make scenes and I hate discussions, but if my boyfriend cheated on me I'd punch him bad, with no remorse. A relationship inplyies complete trust. Something like that, would break not only all the trust, but also confidence in myself and I'm not sure if I would ever trust in my discernment in choosing partners again. And not to speak about all the time and energy spent in the relationship. An obvious "fake" relationship. Oh, I would punch him so bad. At least.

Though I agree that no one deserves to be hit, and there is a double standard in play, I still clicked you deserve it because he had -something- coming.

B.C. that would be better than being a man and owning up to your actions in private? got what you deserve. pansy

Why would you do that!! It's so stupid!! You really deserve what you got!

You thought taking her in public would avoid a scene? Lol sugar, you handed her a loaded gun and said, "Shoot me!"

I understand his girlfriends feelings, but if she had told him she had been cheating and he had beat her, no one would be telling her she deserved it, but would be hating on the guy instead. I do NOT condone cheating, but I absolutely despise violent reactions.
