Yes, it can be like a place where comparably alone people go, some good and some bad. There have been a killer maybe even TWO+ killers that were at bars, just neighbors, relatives, etc. Telling people to stay alone and not use the internet because of one serial killer is like telling them not to make friends in person, have neighbors, or talk to relatives because people have been killed like that too.
