Its because guys are LAZY. Its easy for him to move his hand than get up and go through the motions of having sex. IT doesnt mean you dont turn him on, because you probably did and thats why he needed to jack off, he was just being to lazy to actually have sex.

Sit down with him when you are both calm and ask him why he did that. It's the only way you will know. There are all sorts of reasons, but you won't know for sure which one it is until you ask him. This isn't rocket science.
