This could be real. If the bra was strapped tightly the release of it could cause it to swing out, and if he was close enough it could hit him in the eye. And I like the simple ones like these, like before the website exploded in popularity. Its a throwback away from these newer ones that are so complex and long. And it really doesn't matter who the "her" is, I think someone with common sense figures out it is a love interest pretty quickly, either a girlfriend or a crush. Its obviously not his mom or sister.
