I meant the example that bill gates dropped out of a nice school. He didn't have to graduate to become something. Money isn't always success in some peoples eyes though.
#34 Today, my son mentioned once again that he was accepted into Harvard's law program, for the 1000th time, and the 1001th time during dinner. FML. Oh yeah, Danny got eliminated. Double FML.
Can't believe some of the comments saying how arrogant or egotistical the OP is etc, when someone gets into any school they wanted to it's immensely exciting...to want your parents to share in that excitement and be proud of you is normal. Congrats OP, that's amazing news!! People are probably right when they say your parents expected it :)

wow that kinda sucks!! i kinda noticed that the ivy-type of people are actually the least people that get attention from their parents regarding universities and whatnot. don't feel bad about it. you're going to the most prestigious university in the world! 'grats!
