Sucks man
Wow....
That is exactly what my father would do. When I was a kid, every time the power went out he'd curse and bitch that he had to go to the basement to grab a flashlight. Every time. When I got older, every time we got a bad thunderstorm I'd go down to the basement while there was still light, grab the flashlight and bring it upstairs. My father would see it, go apeshit and take it back down to the basement, bitching and moaning the whole time about what a slob I was for taking something out of its place when it wasn't actually being used. Every time. Then the power would go out and he'd be pissed that he had to get the flashlight. I'd explain that this was WHY I got the flashlight up from the basement, only to be told that I was just a slob who was 'too lazy to put things away.' Uh, no. Missed the point. So to me, getting the flashlight while you could see was a smart way to be prepared, just in case; to him getting the flashlight while you could see was the first step toward a sloppy house (leave the flashlight out when you're not using it, and the next thing you know, you have a obstacle course of crap sitting out). I guess it's in the eye of the beholder; to some people, to be prepared is smart but to others, it's a sign that you have a screw loose.
*YAWN* another Bankrupt "look at me" emo sob story. i don't know about everyone else but I got tired of this shit months and months ago

Today my grandchild was over when the power went out. Instead of helping us find the candles and flashlights we had accidentally put away, they clumsily stumbled around complaining, not using their modern electronics to help, and then later wrote an FML about it. This is what my child produced. FML.
Lol our power went out too in Canada
