Today, I was coaching a little league soccer game. I was telling one of my players to go cover another kid. I said "go cover the little yellow kid!" because he happened to be wearing a yellow shirt. He also happened to be Asian. I then got death stares from his family members. FML

Today, at a soccer game held by my girlfriend's family, some idiot went to kick the ball, missed by a mile, and hit the ground hard. So I started a slow, sarcastic clap. I got a load of angry looks, followed by verbal abuse when we found out he'd split his head open on the ground. FML

Today, I was refereeing a kid's soccer game, and noticed that on the field next to me was a referee I hated working with. I told the other referee I was working with that he was the laziest and most dumbass referee I had ever worked with. She then slapped me, and told me that it was her grandpa. FML

Today, I was jogging in my neighborhood when I saw a kid's ball roll over to where I was jogging. I stopped, grabbed the ball for the kid and went to hand it to him. He then yelled, "Stranger danger!" and his parents came sprinting out. I had to explain the story to the police for 30 minutes. FML

Today, I went to my son's school soccer game. Unfortunately, I couldn't get excited about it because my idiot son kept diving the moment anyone so much as breathed on him. It eventually earned him a penalty shot that won him the game. I was so ashamed, I snuck out to avoid being seen with him. FML

Today, I was at a soccer game when some guys walking behind me yelled that I had a nice ass. I then heard someone shout, "Hey, assholes. That's my daughter." He yelled at them for quite a while. He wasn't my dad, just some weird dude. FML

Today, I went to my son's soccer game. I cheered his name at the top my lungs and waved with a grin on my face. I saw him whisper something to a team mate so I watched the film my husband took later that night. His friend asked, "Who is that?" and my son replied, "I don't know some fat bitch." FML

#21, i totally agree with you, but not everyone shares the same view. though our generation is closer to overcoming racism than the last was, we still live in a world where it is somewhat prevalent. Though I totally disagree with the concepts of racism, one cannot deny that it still exists.

Well, I'm Asian... and I used to run XC where all of our rival teams wore yellow singlets (we wore blue). So, myself, would yell "pass the yellow guy!" all the time. It was just easier... and in sports ppl are often referred to by the color of their jersey. So I understand (being called "yellow" in reference to being Asian pisses me off too) but I hope they understand that well, its a sports game and you didn't mean it that way.

kayy guys i need to say something to all of the people saying "uhhhh they should all be wearing yellow shirts" well they obviously were not! duh.. i doubt he is THAT stupid and he might not have time to think about the number or he might not have been able to see it i hate when people get sensitive about their skin color and i also hate [like ive seen up here alot] when people use "they" or "all of you" when talking about a race...not everyone cares im white and hispanic and couldn't care less if i hear a beaner or cracker joke and this is just funnnyyy!!!!!! hahahahahaha
