Today, I was following my dad while texting, not really watching where we're going. Suddenly, he ran ahead and I looked up to see what he was doing. We were in the men's bathroom. There were 3 guys at the urinals. I'm a 15 year old girl. FML

iTerrify tells us more.

we were driving to a different province and had stopped at a gas station. I had plenty of time to spend with him on a 13 hour drive. I was texting people I wouldn't see for awhile. jsyk ..

And you're fifteen? I hope you don't plan on getting your license anytime soon.

definitely FYL. don't listen to all the idiot men and the old people. one time at the movie theater in my town, i really had to pee so i ran into the bathroom......it's the kind with a corner blocking it, not a door, so i could hear the two guys that worked there saying to eachother, "did she just go in the men's bathroom?" luckily there was no one in there, so i did what i had to do, and then i came out.....and had to walk right by the two employees, one of whom went to my school. apparently they were waiting to see if i fell in or not. :P don't be too embarassed about it. at least you'll never see any of the guys in there again.....although your dad will probably never let you live it down.

You also should get no pity. Even if you're in a rush you should WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING not just be blind while moving.

hey, when you gotta go, you gotta go..........and i wasn't asking for pity. i just thought i'd share a funny similiar experience. it honestly wasn't that terrible - hence why i went ahead and relieved myself before walking out, rather than freaking out and running away as soon as i figured out i was in the wrong place. :P

oooh. i almost did this once. at the airport.

uh huh : P I do pay attention , maybe not 100% of the time .. i Think I'll be FINE . but thanks for the advice ? from: the moron who gets straigh A+s in school ; )

If you get straight As. then you go to a shittie public school where your average moron can get A's. Try going to a harder school where you actually have to work for your grades, and not just pass by showing up and breathing the air in the room.

"If you get straight As, then..." "shitty" "As ... A's" (both are acceptable but make up your mind) So, what do you get in your fancy private school, then? Ds? I think I can guess why...

YDI because the pic in your profile is uhm, slutty.

haha sorry and yeah it was : P i was honestly pulling the dress UP haha it was too big . i didn't have any othe rpicture but it's changed now : P

Honestly, why are you guys talking about public schools in general. There are public schools that are really hard to get into and you have to be really smart and work for your grades ie. the school I go to. It is public and I needed to get straight As to get in and I didn't do well in my first year, and I tried.

So yeah. When I read this my inner thoughts were: "BITCH GONNA GET RAPED!! RAAAPE!". And yes. My inner voice DID sound like Shanaynay :P

All right, YDI. Okay, I understand all you people are talking about 'using technology' ... But this is where I break into my 'teenagers and texting' speech... I'm a fifteen-year-old girl, and even I recognize it's ridiculous. The person you're texting can wait until you get out of school, wake up in the morning, finish your real life conversation, or even until you're STANDING STILL, which is the basis for this FML. Moral of the story: Don't walk and text, or you'll wind up in the guys' bathroom! =) And PUT YOUR PHONES DOWN FOR HALF A SECOND. I DARE YOU. OMIGOD THE WORLD'S GONNA ASPLODE!!!! YOU STOPPED TEXTING!!! :O Did anyone pick up on my point here...?

This is not a great fml if you compare it to others, but the fact that the OP is here (and very active indeed) makes it the best. This fml probably isn't that funny because it's true!

I was stuck in traffic on the 4th of July because a 16 year old girl who was texting walked into the crosswalk on Hwy 116 into the path of an oncoming car going 40 mph. Her boyfriend reached for her while stepping back but couldn't stop her from getting hit. She is still in a coma. Even though she was in the crosswalk they determined it was her fault because the setting sun impeded the driver vision and even if the lady driving could have seen her, there was no time to stop.

That's quite sad, but I wouldn't do that. You made quite a jump from a gas station indoors to a highway. I wasn't just walking around aimlessly, I was following my father. I would hope he wouldn't walk into oncoming traffic.
