Today, I was in agonizing pain and couldn't move. My parents said they couldn't take me to the ER until the football game on TV was over. FML

when I broke my collar bone, and was screaming in agony, asking my dad to drive me to hospital, my dad told me "to stop complaining, nothings wrong, and besides, I'm sending an e-mail" this man is supposed to be a fully trained emergency responder. So I feel your pain.

This is why I hate sports, it's not the sport itself but how people react to them.

It's not sports that annoys me but the way people act towards them. They treat it as some sort of religion and are overly obsessed with them. I remember reading two stories that centered around the World Cup. One was a man killed his 2 year old daughter because she was crying during the game. Another was a man got killed by his family because he wouldn't turn off the tv. The OP's family could have recorded the game.

Did the pain go away? Almost three years ago I woke up and couldn't move and have had chronic pain ever since. I hope you're better after all these years :)
