Today, I was installing updates on my 16 year old daughter's laptop, when I got the urge to snoop around. I found a 5,000 word sex story involving her and the Edward and Jacob weirdos from the Twilight movies. I can't even look her in the eyes. I can't believe I raised this freak. FML

Freak? To put it this way, if your son was watching some creepy/unusual ****, would you freak out? If not, than are you treating her different because she's your daughter? There are worse fetishes out there.

Also, our generation sucks. I'm "different" because I listen to heavy metal, always on the computer, and dress in dark clothes. I'm not emo, but get called that and often people look at me like I'm a junkie. I just don't sleep much. Nothing against emo/goth people.

stop snooping around. that's rude and that's being a bad parent. and so what if she wrote a 5,000 word fantasy story. are you really that close minded? calling your daughter a freak? step up your game and be a better parent. god am I the only one who can understand teens these days. and I'm only 13.

Look I'm not going to condemn you for invading her privacy because sometimes that's ok. BUT you are being RIDICULOUS about the information you found. Be glad she isn't out there doing drugs or out there all night drinking or even having sex with random guys. It's purely a fantasy. I bet you're not saintly yourself, I'm sure you look at **** or have fantasies, so leave your daughter alone and be grateful that that's all you found. Fantasies are healthy (to a certain extent). Hers is ok.
