Today, I was installing updates on my 16 year old daughter's laptop, when I got the urge to snoop around. I found a 5,000 word sex story involving her and the Edward and Jacob weirdos from the Twilight movies. I can't even look her in the eyes. I can't believe I raised this freak. FML

Op, you shouldn't have been snooping around in her computer anyways. I don't care if you technically had any legal right to or not. It's just wrong. Not that I agree with writing a sex story about Twilight, but you invading someone's privacy is wrong. Why were YOU installing updates on HER computer anyway? Unless you had a good reason to (I.E. It was affecting your home network, or something), you shouldn't have been messing with it. YDI for invading her privacy. What ever happend to respect for our fellow humans? Today it all seems to be about weather or not you are ALLOWED to do something, and not weather or not you should.

I've always hated fan-fiction. It's so annoying! My friend wrote one about Justin Bieber being her long lost brother. I slapped her for that!

1. Don't go snooping, you'll probably never like what you find. And 2. That's pretty normal for obsessive teens these days, so don't worry about it. It's just a harmless fantasy. :)

can't believe you would say that about your daughter how rude. glad you aren't my parent. invading her privacy as well... just wrong this whole post is wrong on so many levels fyl for having nothing better to do.

how the **** can anyone like twilight?? are they retarded????

All of u saying he shouldn't snoop mak no sense cuz he found it by complete accident while trying to help her out and on top of that u hate it if ur daughter was doing that to

I hardly think that makes her a freak. There are much worse things she could be involved in. Be glad it's fiction.

okay, I can understand you snooping around on her computer. Its not like you read her diary or something. Now THAT would be going to far, but just snooping on her comp, i can at least understand. But calling her a freak? What kind of parent are you? So your kid writes a steamy story about her a 2 fictional characters, its called fanfiction. They're not all steamy, but they are all JUST STORIES! How uptight can you be? Jeez. You are totally blowing this out of proportion. You have just gotten a huge hint about something that your daughter might be into, and your ignoring it too freak out over the petty details? Instead of supporting her interest in writing, your freaking over the contents of her latest attempt. My dad may not like the content of some of my stories but at least he supports me.
