You have been educating the future generation of this nation? No wonder everything is going to hell in a hand basket...
YDI. Every job in society is important even if they may seem insignificant towards you and your life. With out that janitor your school would be dirty etc... Maybe you should teach the kids about equality and manners just a thought.
That's just rude.
it's ignorance like that, that makes you look like the uneducated one. there is nothing wrong with a honest days work, and you would know that if you didnt point your finger at others to prove a point. besides, havent you looked at your paycheck recently? education for you didnt exactly get you the rich bitch job everyone cracks it up to be. people do what they have to. so i say YOU TOTALLY DESERVE IT.
You sound like a douche bag
they tend to resort to the easiest way of earning - which is normally sordid. NOW being a janitor's alright because it's an honest and hardworking job - appreciate them for what they've done even though their job. Without them, the school would be filthy as shit. I hope you reevaluate your principles. By the way, It's the littlest thing that can make someone's day: recognising and appreciating their contribution is - regardless whether it was a big or small one. Apologises for such a long-winded post & any grammatical errors
Firstly, Educators must be BOTH literate & EDUCATED. Teachers are only require to be literate. If you ever wonder what's the difference - to be educated means to have moral integrity. Why? For educators to instill basic principles in students so that they'll view the social affairs or the world with an open-mind. When that happens, there's hope for a harmonious world as they're most likely to spread love & peace than hatred.
Thus, you're clearly just a teacher as evident from the fact that you disparaged the janitor for the disparity in job status. In all honesty, I'm proud of that girl who stood up for her dad and made you realise that you & your comment were morally disgusting. Secondly, Education does not guarantee success in one's life. Look at this living/dead examples: Steve Jobs, Thomas Edison & etc. What about those smart lazybones, how do they survive? 1. Most of them are very dependent on others like their family or partner. 2. They change job too often. Their reason? 'conflict of interest'. Of which simply means they've strong disinclination to cooperate with other. 3. Based on my own experience with such people,
they tend to resort to the easiest way of earning - which is normally sordid. Good points, Duotrain. All, except one: Thomas Edison was a douche canoe. That is all.

Ydi. A lot of people end up with jobs like that because they can't get anything better and at least they have a job.
Serves you right, OP. Why would you even say that? At least he ha s a job, you're not better than him or anyone else who does "dirty work".
