It just isn't meant to be OP. He obviously has commitment issues. So either you two stop trying to get married, and just learn to accept the relationship for what it is, or move on. You clearly want different things and you shouldn't keep yourself from those things for this guy. Plenty of fish in the sea.

Not true I went for a good man, waited 11 years and ended up breaking up with him because there was no progression in our relationship. It all depends on the mindset and if you want the same things. FYL op but heal and do what you got to do for you! The rest will fall into place.
