Yes... thats how you "make" soup. Retard minus five.
At least he was trying. He was taking care of you when you were sick, and that's pretty damn nice. Shut up and eat. When I was sick, my bf, who doesn't know how to cook, spent the whole day with me. He asked his mother how to make some simple things, and tried to do it. He did it with absolutely no help, and it was his first time, so it didn't taste really good, but I was touched. He made an effort. He showed me he cares. THAT'S what I appreciate.
I think there's a slight difference between going to your mother and asking for some ideas than cooking things that have already been in your mouth. I'd be disgusted, even if it's a nice gesture, there are some boundaries.
Who are we to tell those weren't leftovers of chicken SHE ate?
These kids are unbelievable. None of them probably cook so they have no idea what is involved in food preparation. I bet they wouldn't eat chicken again if they had to cook a whole chicken from the store. Reaching up the bird's butt and pulling out the neck and other goodies while pink fluid went everywhere would be too much for this crowd.
I actually cook for my entire family, including chicken noodle soup from scratch, with whole chickens from the store. And I'm vegetarian. It's pretty gross. It's still gross, I don't care what you guys put in your mouths besides food, there's a point between thoughtful and lazy. And KFC I hardly count as edible anyway, let alone twice cooked.
at least he was trying to be nice, ungrateful bitch.
Oops. Sorry for the double-post.
awww. Well, it's the thought that counts. That's about what I'd expect from my boyfriend if he were to make chicken soup.
Why not just a boot to the head?
LOL that's hilarious :D so...how did it taste? or did you eat it at all?

Oh, yeah. FYL because you have a boyfriend that actually cares. Stop being a whiny bitch and appreciate that he's at least trying to help you feel better.
Today I tried to be nice and make my sick girlfriend chicken noodles soup from scratch with some kfc I had but all she did was bitch about it instead of being appreciative. fml
