i agree with #26 completely. he didnt have to whistle. could have SAID something. women get whistled at alot and it gets irritating, so its easy to misjudge them
@26: His whistling wasn't a come-on, it was a way to get her attention. As a guy who has her wallet, he doesn't have to delve into her psychology and what it's like being a woman living in a man's world. It's up to her to respond in a sane manner.
what's with this whole karma thing? if an old man whistled at me, i'm sure the first thing i'd do is get the hell off the bus not turn around to see what the eff he wants! i can't count the numerous times i've been creepily stared/whstled at on public transit and cause of that i call it a smart move!
I hope he maxes out your credit cards
If a chick or dude whistled at me I would be flattered. Hell, a 10-year-old told me that my hair was a pretty (yes pretty) color and I felt better about myself. OP: fail for not being able to tell the difference. A sexual one is usually 2 whistles with the first being a higher pitch. An attention whistle is one loud, high-pitch whistle. Stuck up women in the topic: Get over it. It's a compliment to be whistled at. The OP deserved this one for assuming that an old man whistled at her because he was a pervert. That's demeaning to men (turning the tables on ya'!) and shows that she is arrogant by thinking that she is attractive enough to be whistled at sexually.
