Today, I was visiting my daughter, whose husband was still asleep at noon. I made a point of stomping around on the hardwood floor and speaking loudly to wake his lazy ass up. Turns out he's now working a 14-hour graveyard shift, and it has no negative effect on his shoe-throwing skills. FML

I too have worked many a graveyard shift as a student, and you truly are the most stupid of bitches. It is not your house, you should not treat it as such. Thusly put, YDI.

Your the type of in-law that gives in-laws a bad name. Obviously you don't talk to ten often.

And the winner of Monster inlaw goes to....... YOU!

That is incredibly rude of you! Even if he wasn't working grave shifts its his own business how late he sleeps. I used to work nights and sleeping is hard enough without people waking you up.

I wouldnt have thrown a shoe. I would have thrown your ass out of my house.

now why would you go into another persons house-family or not and be so rude as to try and wake them up?! YDI op, for being obnoxious

Who throws a shoe? Honestly! Someone who gets woken up by a rude person. But seriously, if this is your daughter's husband, how did you not know his work schedule beforehand in preparation?

People like you are the reason why people hate their in-laws. Mind your own ******* business. If he wants to sleep until noon in his own house, than that's his business. If my mother did that in my house, she would not be welcomed back for a long time.
