Today, I was walking through the streets with my best friend, feeling confident in my new skinny jeans. My friend said, "you really should be wearing a thong with those pants, your underwear line is showing". I was wearing a thong, those lines were just my fat rolls. FML

Why do overweight people always try to wear tightfitting clothes? Just becouse you managed to squeeze into something that's a couple of sizes smaller then you really are will not make you look good or thin, it will make you look like a stuffed sossage! Seriously unflattering, you'd look much better and skinnier in loose fitting clothes designed for your shape and size... just a tip, take it or leave it!

Moral of the story? Don't wear skinny jeans.

You really shouldn't be wearing skinny jeans. And not because you might be a little bit bigger... Nobody should wear skinny jeans. Ever. They just look stupid. I'm sorry, but if you(and I'm referring to the general populous here) look like you stole your pants from your 12 year old sister's closet, you're just going to look like the "stylish" bag of douche that you are.

im stick thin, and I love skinny jeans. they're stylish. you're probably not. are you fat, too?

Actually, some people look great in skinny jeans. They show off leg length and muscle structure, plus, they are way prettier than those ugly baggy jeans, bell bottoms, etc. Although with guys, that's just taking 'getting into her pants' way too seriously.

KhaleesiDannie 26

Bell bottoms are amazing if they're the type that hug your ass and legs until they get to the bottom

Hun, they're called skinny jeans. For skinny people. They're not called fat ass jeans for a reason. Enough said :)

YDI for being fat and trying to pull off skinny jeans. Try wearing clothes that fit you next time, fatty.

From one fat girl to another, you really shouldn't have been wearing the skinny jeans in the first place. I don't think there's anything wrong with being fat (obviously) but you really should dress for your size. Skinny jeans just aren't flattering on bigger people.

smartalek 2

fat people are fat. if it was "a little meat" they wouldn't be fat. and disturbed, yeah im 16 and size 0. and im 5'6.

HEY OP, GO BUY SOME FATTY JEANS. Oh, &I have like, 13 problems with this post and the comments in it. 1; Loose some weight, fatty. Nobody wants to see that. 2; Skinny jeans, yes, are for skinny people. Like 7/8 of the people said. 3; Skinny jeans aren't 'uncool' and don't 'look like they came from a 12 year olds closet,'. Everyone wears them; and if you want to stick with your gay ass belle bottoms: then go ahead. 4; Thongs arent something you should wear with skinnies; fat or not. 5; No fat person should feel confident. Ever.. 6; All you "Accept your body!" "curves r sexci." freaks are stupid. When you're fat/chunky/muffintoplike, you have a hard time accepting. One of my good friends is overweight; and she has a very hard time accepting it, and really tries to loose weight: but it's hard. So stfu, because fat people are just fat and they can't accept their bodies. 7; OPs friend is stupid.

Hey, douchebag, before you go insulting people... 1) Learn to spell. It's "Lose", not "loose". To Lose is to misplace, and to BE loose is to be unstable. 2) Curves can be sexy. It all depends on how large the curves are. I wouldn't want to go out with a stick-thin supermodel. They repulse me. I like a bit of meat on a girl. 3) Maybe you should stop insulting the OP if one of your friends are fat. You're slating the OP for being fat, yet you seem to be sticking up for your friend who is apparently overweight. 4) Learn to count. You apparently only have 7 problems with this post and the comments. 5) Fat people should feel confident. Just because YOU say they shouldn't, it doesn't mean you're right. Prat. And OP...I feel for you. If you want to lose some weight, then good luck, but don't feel you should just because of one idiot. Or the several others that have and will most likely end up posting rude and demeaning comments on here.

I was going to post a reply very similar to yours. That guy is an idiot. Thanks! :)

'I wouldn't go out with a stick thin model, they repulse me.' That statement just destroyed any partial credibility you had, for two reasons; its hypocritical as you said the other person is a douche bag due to his insulting fat people and now you are insulting skinny people, and secondly it shows you as well are a judgmental asshole. Being overweight is a problem, overweight people are a burden on health care, they result in the rest of the population having to pay extra tax. Excessive eating is a contributor to the increase in food prices around the world, which is a factor to starvation occurring in India and Africa. So not only is being overweight bad for the person's health and not physically appealing but it is also damaging to the world.

Good points chris_fml. Strange how it's okay to call skinny people repulsive but say a fat person is ugly and you're labelled a douchebag. How is stick-thin an acceptable description but, let's say, hippo-fat not?

davidarquette009 0

hey dude, thanks that guy is reall mean

I agree with chris_fml1. How the **** did it get ok to say thin girls are gross, repulsive, ugly, etc., and yet someone is an automatic asshole for saying that about fat people who are probably less healthy?

I never actually said that skinny people were repulsive. I just said that size-0 models (let's face it, 90% of supermodels are size-0) repulse ME. I wouldn't hate them for it, I just wouldn't want to date one as I don't find them attractive as people. And I never said that being overweight was GOOD. Just that they shouldn't have to be inconfident because other people think so.

Actually...I didn't say that thin women were ungly or repulsive. I said that I, myself am repulsed by stick-thin models. A.K.A. Anorexic Size-0 models that are seen as role-models by multitudes of young girls these days. Girls who are hurting themselves and their families and friends by starving themselves and causing themselves serious health problems. I'm not saying that I find thin women repulsive either. I wouldn't insult them, nor would I ignore them or demeen them. I have plenty of friends who are thin, and many that are large, and they're all friends to me, regardless of size. I just don't find stick-thin models attractive. In fact, I find them to be quite the opposite.

kscott88 0

I think you missed his point. I believe when he was talking about stick-thin models, he meant those who are ANOREXIC. And in case you don't realize, people with eating disorders (whether it's binge eating or not eating at all) should definitely not be something anyone should aspire for. Looks-wise, anyway.

Thanks very much for that kscott88. That was precisely my point :D

livexlaughxlove1 0

Okay, so you said stick-thin people repulse you... but then how is it not okay for these other people to say that fat people repulse them? If stick-thin people repulse you, you find them repulsing. If people are repulsed by fat people, then they find them repulsing. Plus, you described skinny people as stick-thin, which can be seen as insulting while deriding people who called fat people names...It's still hypocritical.

Yeah, it is hypocritical. Like wazdog said, why can't we call fat people "hippo-fat" like you call really thin people "stick-thin"? Ok, if they are malnourished, obviously they're unhealthy. But I'm a size 0 (or something in that area) and I eat plenty. But you're repulsed by me, obviously. Which is fine, you're entitled to that opinion, but I'm also entitled to say fat people are repulsive and call them "hippo-fat", "whale-fat", "tub of lard-fat", and the like.

Not all women who are size 0 are anorexic. Most of the time they just have small frames and are genetically that way no matter what they eat.

He didn't dis skinny people. He said that they repulse /him/. It's a personal opinion.

Regarding post #119: "Hippo-fat" and "whale fat" and whatever else you said are all offensive to bigger people because those animals weigh a few tons. I'm not saying that it's not hypocritical to call size 0 girls stick-thin, but I'm honestly not sure how anyone that IS really thin could be offended by being called stick-thin. If someone called me a whale, I would go apeshit.. however I wouldn't exactly know if I would be offended by being called stick-thin, because I've never really been a really small size, so I can't look at this debate from a skinny person's point of view. In all honestly, I don't think anyone should have really said "stick-thin" or "hippo-fat". I think we should all stick to "smaller" or "bigger". It's less offensive that way.

I'm really skinny, and in no way would I be offended by being called stick-thin. That's just me though, I dunno about other people.

I know it is disrespectful to call someone "whale-fat" ect but i think if they are going to call me stick-thin or skeleton thin when I can't help it and have tried to gain weight, as i'm sure they have tried to lose weight, then i see no problem in calling them all kinds of degrading names. That being said, OP should stop wearing skinny jeans, lesson learned.

chris_fml1 is spot-on. I'm an Australian size 10 (normally) and I'm so sick of people prattling on about how skinny isn't attractive and you need curves and meat on your body and blah blah blah. I'm not some obsessive dieter, I've just always been little (both skinny-wise and height-wise). Somehow it's not ok to diss fat people and use illustrative language for them (eg. hippo-fat or "fatty" or "fatso") but it's ok to call people "sticks" or "surfboards" (if they are flat-chested, as many skinny girls are)? The_Disturbed, while I agreed with much of what you said, why are you allowed to say skinny girls repulse you yet the rest of the population would get slaughtered for saying "fat girls repulse me"? There is no difference between saying they repulse YOU and calling them repulsive. You also never specified "size 0" in your original comment. Nothing you say can fix your original comment - you still said that skinny girls repulse you, when I'm sure you would have drawn & quartered anyone who dared say "fat girls repulse me". And to kscott88 - being "stick thin" is not the same as anorexic. I have a friend who is ridiculously skinny, but she eats more than I do and is very active (she does tae kwon do) and she just never puts on weight.

I'm a size 00 at 110 lbs and I eat 10x more than a lot of people. I'm also 5'7 and not done growing. not all 'stick-thin' people are anorexic or bulimic. and by 'more than a lot of people' I mean I can eat 2 donuts and 7 cookies in a day. or a nutella sandwich with 8 pieces of bread and 7 layers of nutella. and I don't need to excersize as I am naturally atheletic.

ItWasAllWorthIt 0

The difference is that if someone is called stick-thin, it's very unlikely they will start eating unhealthy foods all the time. But if someone is called hippo-fat a lot, it IS likely that they will try to starve themselves or do something along those lines.

Fake! I wear skinny jeans all the time. I don't wear thongs and I don't have panty lines. Actually I'm gonna switch back to flares. So so much comfier. I feel like a friggen snake in skinny jeans now. Didn't use to.

Flares? Seriously? What is this, "Fashions Reborn In The Late Nineties That Shouldn't Be Repeated Ever Again"?

Wait, I solved the riddle: “I don't wear thongs and I don't have panty lines.” --> You don’t wear underwear!

expen_dable 0

why is it that all the little high schoolers think any jeans that aren't skinny are automatically huge flared 70's bellbottoms? Usually skinny jeans don't flatter the body, so I get boot cut. And i'm sure most of you girls who think you look super hot in your skinny jeans have muffin top spilling over and a flat ass. Its so funny to see short stubby girls wear skinny jeans.

I dont have panty lines and I don't wear thongs with my skinny jeans. It's because I buy my size!! I know, it's quite puzzling and most girls don't seem to understand...but if you're a five like me...buy a five! If you're a size 13 then please don't buy a ten. Haha. Idc what size you are just buy the right one!!!

Well dress up properly for your weight. Geez ******* people set themselves up for this shit! Yeah YFDI

Skinny jeans can look like crap on most people. Just because something is trendy doesn't mean that everyone should do it.

They look good on me!!! :D my butt fills them out and I have long lean legs. Bam! The REAL curvy, like tyra banks or scarlett johanson even jessica alba :)

nehTlleW 0

I agree with #14, skinny jeans are a stupid fad- especially the candycolored ones. One day you'll be sitting around with your children looking at old photos and you'll be thinking 'WTF was I wearing and why did I think that looked good?' And they're called "Skinny Jeans" because they cling to your leg all the way down.

Gillypants 3

nothing wrong with being curvy. i am curvy myself. i also don't wear clothes that don't flatter my body.... I.E. DON'T WEAR ******* SKINNY JEANS! ugh i won't talk to ANYONE that wears them anyway. when boys in skinny jeans hit on me, i roll my eyes and walk away. they're. just. stupid.

wazdog 4

^ Indeed, there's nothing wrong with being curvy. That's assuming you mean Kim Kardashian curvy, not Rosie O'Donnell "curvy". Fat.people.are.unhealthy.and.unattractive.
