Today, I watched "Time of the Doctor" and I'm pretty sure my love of Doctor Who slithered out through my ear and shamefully lodged itself in the darkest corner of the room, crying. FML

I haven't seen it yet, but I went ahead and watched the regeneration because I was so anxious. Afterwards, I thought... WHAT?! What kind of regeneration was that?! Pretty disappointed, but hopeful that Capaldi will fulfill my expectations

It was a more old school regeneration. Only the last couple (especially Tennant into Smith) were all that spectacular. Usually he just kinda falls down and fades to a different person.

I cried when David tenant left. I hated Matt smith for 5 minutes of the first episode in his series and then couldn't help but love his portrayal. It's like trying to be mad at a small toddler after they did something g wrong but insanely funny. I applaud Matt smith for being as good a doctor as he was.. Especially after stepping into the shoes of David tenant. Peter has potentially the hardest doctor to play.. After two hugely popular reincarnations and even Chris's 9th doctor was awesome in my opinion.. He takes a seat and may very well fall into the shadows of the two doctors prior to him.
