Today, I went on a date. I took her out to an expensive steak house. When she was done eating, she got up, said she was married, and told me she only accepted the date because I'd be paying for it. FML

Expensive steak houses are usually around $50 a steak. If he really went to a good one, she got a $60+ meal out of him

They had dinner together, not like they had sex. While yes, that's still lying, she technically didn't cheat. She knew she only wanted dinner and obviously nothing more. I wouldn't say that constitutes a separation/divorce.

I'm pretty sure that was sarcasm... if anyone actually advocates leaving your spouse over a dinner without them... that's just sad... I can understand being a little irritated because she went to dinner with another man. If I was her husband I'd be slightly irritated, but I wouldn't leave her over such a small issue.
