Today, I went on a date. I took her out to an expensive steak house. When she was done eating, she got up, said she was married, and told me she only accepted the date because I'd be paying for it. FML

Contact her husband and tell him she gave you a ******** for her meal..

There is probably more to it. That was probably her way to say "thanks for the meal, but not interested". And this is precisely why I try to teach men to never go for the nice/expensive dinner too fast! Always keep the first few dates cheap n simple. If the chemistry is there, things take off. If not, no love and little cash lost. General rule: First date should never be more than $40. As I said, she could have said it to get the food n run and not be married, but in my dating experience lately myself, I get the ones offering ******** for nice dinners, or more for a cash exchange far more than someone to go out and get to know the right way. It's making me pretty f-ing jaded.

I like the rule of less expensive dates to start, good way to gauge personality to see if spending more time is worth it.
