Today, I went to a fastfood restaurant to pick up food for my work party. I ordered 250 chicken fingers, 15 orders of fries, and 2 gallons of tea, and the guy behind the counter asked, "Is this for here or to go?" FML

Well you could have been ordering ahead and have the party come inside. I DOUBT the guy thought you could eat it all yourself. Just be like "to go, it's for a work party" .. Problem solved.

I work in the food industry, and nearly everything I say is a repeat. I have a built-in set of lines, so I often will say something or ask a question that was already said/ answered, or something unneccesary. I never mean it, and it's always habit. Don't hold him accountable.

Today, my mother-in-law showed my five year-old a video of a dog biting a baby, complete with blood all over the baby’s face. We have a dog and a baby. I had to explain that we are careful and that she was a baby with the same sort of dog and is fine. I don’t think she believed me. FML

Today, I went grocery shopping and tried the self-checkout for the first time. I managed to scan everything except a bag of grapes, which I then dropped, causing them to scatter all over the floor.
