Today, I went to my first ever party as a freshman, with friends from my dorm. There was a dance floor, and despite never having danced in public before, I put my best efforts into my dance moves… only to end up dislocating my knee. It's safe to say I won't be winning any dance contests anytime soon. FML

Today, it was my first time at the club. I saw a really cute girl. I finally worked up the courage to ask her to dance. Before I even got within five feet of her, she looked me in the eyes and vehemently shook her head. I did a 180. My friends saw everything. They are still laughing. FML

Today, I was at a wedding and I reluctantly joined the dance floor. As soon as I started dancing, I felt my trousers rip. Trying to save face, I kept dancing, hoping no one would notice. A few minutes later, I realized my silk boxer shorts were completely visible to the entire party. FML

it's all about confidence. Dance how you wish! I can't dance, but I enjoy it. I don't let others, who obviously have nothing better to do, stop me from having fun.

I could agree more, as long as you dance with conviction you'll be fine, because even if you're awful, people will think your just messing around or being ironic. Probably shouldn't listen to me though it takes at least 10 drinks to get me onto the dance floor, unless skanking is appropriate. Man I love to *****.
