Today, I went to an elementary school for volunteer work. I was asked to read to a group of kids during one of the classes. Before I started reading, a girl raised her hand and asked me if I had a boyfriend and if I was single. I asked her why and she said "My daddy wanted to know." I'm 16. FML

Assuming child is 7 and was conceived when daddy was 16, then daddy would be 23. If OP is dressed up nice, then she could very well look to be in her early 20s.

who says the kid wasn't just curious and was called out in front of everyone and said the first thing that popped into their head. "uhh my daddy wants to know" ... ease up

when my oldest was in elementary school they had a police officer speak about safety. my son needed something to talk about and told his class we have a shit ton of guns - all over the house. I got a call after school from the cop advising me of gun safety and how important it is. I agreed and told him we don't own guns. he didn't believe me. lol.... kids will **** ur world up.

lol well either you look alot older or her father likes little girls.... :O

Maybe the reason why the dad was looking was because he was single and because he was young enough to not have ever married yet? I.e. 19? He could've made a mistake when he was 13, thus making his child kindergarten age. Either that or maybe OP looks older than she is (maybe the dad thought she was a teacher), in which case eff OP's life!
