At least it wasn't $120 from you. Sorry OP. I think it's the hotels fault for not telling you.
This happened to me too, at first the store owner was like '' I can't do shit about it'' I threatend to kick some ass, and pow, that ************ opened his wallet and gave me da cash! I then saw things were going my way, so I said ''bitch gimme a tip too, for the inconvenience uve cause me"
It's not lost BUT the FML is the hassle.
no the hotel ither ownes the machean or leases the machean to somone it is the hotels problem or the person who ownes the machean ie the person who makes the profit usualy the place of buisness ie u got robed by the hotel right 2 your face
How is this relevant? Fail
They could have put a sign up.
Dispute paperwork at your bank
Wow, didn't they think about sticking a note on it: out of business?

OK, this has never happened to me, but that's completely unacceptable. You don't have the money, they're not out of the money, there should be no problem refunding it.. I wouldn't give up on this one.
First, THEY SHOULD'VE UNPLUGGED IT AND PUT UP A BIG SIGN SAYING OUT OF ORDER!!! WHY DIDN'T THEY?!?!?!? Second, it's definitely the hotel's problem. They should reimburse. If not, get them to talk to the bank. Let them sort it out with each other for you.
