Today, I woke up and put my contacts in. It appears that I got drunk enough last night that instead of soaking my contacts in contact solution, I used mouthwash. FML

I got as far as 'drunk' and stopped to hit YDI. I don't have sympathy for people who do dumb stuff while drunk. And yes. I do dumb stuff while drunk too. And I deserve it.

the fact that they got that drunk is why they deserved what happened to them. unless you have no responsibilities, getting hammered isnt exactly a smart idea.

One time I soaked my contacts in ear cleaner stuff.. had to go to the hospital. Hope you feel better OP I know what its like!

I accidentally put my brothers contacts in once. He had the exact same case as mine. But his contacts are not disposable, so were soaking in cleaning solution. Scooped up a contact and stuck it in my eye, expecting usual no feeling, just vision. The burning. Oh god the burning. I could not claw that contact out of my eye fast enough.
