@94 If you want to remove gender roles lets be fair everywhere. Yes it would be better for men and women to have equal pay instead of women being paid less, but we should eliminate all gender roles and be fair right? Women should stop having men pay for dates, or pay for drinks in a club, or buy them flowers and gifts "for no reason" to make them feel special. Women should be equally expected to hold door open, be chivalrous etc, women should stop saying "you cant hit me because I'm a woman", etc.
