Well, Idaho is a Right to Work state. That means, an employer can terminate you for any reason, or no reason. No fault. None taken.
Has anyone realized that if someone fires you like that with no good reason, you can sue them for wrongful termination? -_-

I am not an attorney. While it is true they can fire you with no good reason, this is obviously related to her being married. And given the nature of what went down and being fired on the spot, it should be an easy lawsuit for wrongful termination. Hopefully it's a large company with deep pockets.
