Today, my 70 year-old coworker gave me a letter telling me he was attracted to me, and wishes to have a relationship in which he can 'hold me in his arms every night'. I'm 21. FML

Hey at least you won't have to worry about him cheating, being a jerk, or being a psychotic stalker.

How is this shallow? He'll probably be dead by the time she's 30. What is with old guys thinking that young women would see anything in them? Sure they have great stories, and maybe money, but if she marries a guy HER AGE then by the time she's 70 she'll have all that AND a spouse who didn't die 40 years ago. Old people were raised in different times when women were objects, why the hell would a young woman want to be with THAT?

Personally I find that a little creepy.

Why does everyone think the old guy has money? he is her co-worker and 70, given the choice I wouldn't want to be working at that age.

well either turn him down and be like i'm not interested, and if he doesn't stop maybe file a sexual harassment charge or something.

I didn't know Plexi and Toxi lived in Pennsylvania

Like I said earlier, I wouldn't go with "Hold me in his arms every night." I told Toxi, "I'd like to teabag you." She's very good at it. One girl I had in 1958 was almost as good, but Toxi is even better! ;) (The older you get, the lower they hang ;) )

To everyone thinking he should go for it if he looks great, think about this: the man is 70 to her 21. What happens when she wants to do young-people/couple stuff he's too tired for? So much for a relationship then... (fyi: It does happen. My grandma is about 15 years younger than my step-grandpa, and is desperately bored every day because his age prevents them from really doing anything but sit at home)
