I hope you sue her for that. A lot of lawyers would take on a case that obvious with no fees until you win, unless there's something more about this story that you're not saying.

You should sue her. That is horribly unfair and unjust.
As much as I hate to say it, you should at least try the ACLU. They've gotta be good for something, and don't they exist if not for this exact situation.
