This is why at-will employment can suck royally. If you're not turned down for prejudicial reasons due to race, sex, religion (even if it has to do with your boss' sex life), you're pretty much ******.

I don't understand people these days. People are such buttholes. Does your boss think that there are like a plethora of jobs out there, and that you just come to work everyday for ***** and giggles? Never mind the fact that you might want to eat and actually have a place to live. The fact that someone would do that to you for looking like someone they don't like is sick.
