Not everyone can shave or wax people. With me, I get horrible, infected, bloody ingrown hairs if I dare bring the hair level below skin level, waxed, plucked, or shaved. Draining pus is far less attractive than hair. Since the OP didn't elaborate, we don't know whether she had a full bush or just razor stubble. Apparently, her boyfriend doesn't approve. OP, I think that if your boyfriend has a problem with your pubic hair, then you shouldn't subject him to the sight or feel of it. I don't mean shave or trim, I mean stop fooling around with him. He's obviously too delicate to handle the gritty reality of the human body.
