ouch! yeah he failed on the ring, and just bc she wanted a real ring doesn't make her a gold digger it makes him cheap. fyl
Because as we all know, it's not the marriage that counts, it's the RING.
I think thats really cute. It's not about the size or beauty of the ring but about how much you love each other and if you really do love him I hope you said yes. Plus that would be an awesome story 2 tell about how you got engaged. Obviously he should eventually buy you a real ring but you should have said yes
Okay, to all the people who are saying, "Oh that's so cute" and "Geeze, what so now love is measured in karats" and things like that, the economy is tough now, but you can afford something more then a 25 cent ring. It's a cute idea sure, but only as long as he pulls a real one out later. Come on, what is she going to do with a ring pop? Eat it and then when people ask why she still has it on her ring finger, say that it's her engagement ring?
LOL you know, this kind of makes me think of that game we used to play back in elementary school... MASH. That little thing that tells you who you're going to marry, where you're honeymoon will be, what engagement ring will be. We used to write down all sorts of things under "engagement ring"...Diamond, Sapphire, Ring Pop, Cracker Jacks prize, string, worm, etc. If someone managed to get "ring pop", we would always ask "Wait, would you EAT the ring first?"
well the important thing is that he loves you so much to propose to you with whatever was reachable but he should buy you a real one later
There is no indication of age here. For all we know, they could still be in high school school or in college.
maybe hedid that to see how u would react. I wouldn't be surprised if he buys u a real ring soon. still that's really really cute.
If he proposed with a ring pop, chances are that the whole thing was completely unplanned. I wouldn't say yes to a spur of the moment proposal...it means that they haven't actually thought through whether or not they're ready for marriage. And a ring pop...at the zoo? I mean, come on. That's borderline insulting. Deffo FYL.
i think that is very cute but i still feel sorry for you
