Maybe to him it doesn't matter where he is or what he's wearing when he proposes. Maybe it's just about how he feels about you. And he wants you to be together forever whether it's in a taco shop or a fancy restaurant. Honestly, maybe it was just that, as Harry says, "When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."
