Get tested immediately. I don't necessarily trust the ex, and you need to find out if you actually contracted it. Plus if you are having unprotected sex with everyone, you need to let your fiancé know it wasn't just sans condom with him

Chlamydia doesn't always show symptoms with females. So she could have easily gotten it from when they were together

Depends. He could have got the symptons just after they broke up, but not worked up the nerve to tell her until now; at which point, OP and her fiance could have been together for a while.
