There are millions of people with the same last name, without being related. For example, in the Netherlands, Jansen and Janssen are very populair last names.

Yep! Ours was under $3000 for dress and reception and all and the guests STILL talk about it as the best wedding ever. Price of a wedding would be nearly as lame a reason to not get married as already having the same last name....
