Today, my boyfriend told me he was going out tonight to celebrate his ex-but-still-friends-girlfriend's birthday at a local club and hopes I wasn't offended that I wasn't invited. I sure am offended; we have the same birthday. FML

I'm friends with my ex, and I see nothing wrong with that. My boyfriend is fine with it, too. However, I would never chose spending time with my ex over spending time with my boyfriend. Anyway, telling him it's her birthday probably isn't going to put him in "quite the predicament".. I'm pretty sure he already knew that it was her birthday, and that the point of the fml was that he knew and still chose his ex anyway.
