1. who paid for the car? 2. who pays for rent/food/utilities? if the answer to both of those is your Dad you probably should have been smart and waited till you moved out and were paying your own way...
number 3 on you big ole list there holds no value, it matters not what age she is but under who's roof they live under. thats what wrong with kids these days, their parents have no backbone and therefore their kids have no respect for their parents. just because you are 18 doesn't mean you are grown, when you move out and have some responsibility and your own place, then and only then are you grown and have the right to do what you want. until then you live under your parents rule period.
If it's YOUR car, literally, then it sounds like calling the police would get your keys back. If it your father's name is on the title, then your father stopped letting you use his car because he disagrees with your behaviour.
it would get the car back all right, but getting a car and losing a place to sleep does not sound like a good trade to me.
look on the bright side. I hear getting them removed is only 3x a much Money and pain!! oh wait that's the reality... I'm sorry here's the bright side, now you're cool as shit! everyone will love you(except those who actually count), until the next new thing happens but don't worry that usually dosent happen for ATLEAST 72 hours, well enjoy!:)
You came home from work and your car was gone? Don't you drive it to/from work? Or do you live close enough to work that you just walk/use alternative transportation?
You are SOL if the car isn't titled in your name. You have a job, buy your own car. Then you'll be able to move out into your own apartment too. If you're grown up enough to get a picture drawn on your skin permanently, you're grown up enough to buy your own damn car, and get your own damn apartment.

report the car as stolen. it's your body. unless it's not actually owned by you. then suck up & buy your own
